Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data 3D Offplan collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as we need to reply to you.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Call requests and enquiries. When you use “Book a call” or the booking form on a package page, we receive your name, phone number, e-mail address and anything you write in the message (and, on package pages, your company, project location, number of units and the time you picked). We use this only to reply to you and to arrange the call you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to us until you send it yourself. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working and secure website).

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The 3D demo remembers the apartments you mark as favourites in your own browser (local storage); this never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact about a possible project, and deleted at the latest two years after our last contact, unless a contract follows. If we sign a contract, its records are kept for as long as Hungarian accounting and tax law requires.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and form handling)
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace e-mail)
• Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox)

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@3doffplan.com; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary, naih.hu, or to the authority in the country where you live.
